Hi guys and gals, Just thought I give an update on my health status. Tomorrow is my last day for radiation and chemo treatments. I am doing well and still working. I will be going into sugury in about 4-6 weeks to have the tumor removed. I will keep you posted.  Thank you to all my friends here who have given me advice and support. Hi All,
Here's an update: I have been released from the hospital. I was told that they removed over a foot of colon and also removed a small cancer spot close to my spine. I also had an ilinoscopy procedure done. In two weeks I will have the metal stitches removed. In about six weeks, I will begin a six month liquid chemo treatment to get rid of any caner still left in the limpnodes. Then I will get all my organs reattached and will also have a full mesh put in to keep the hernia's from coming back. I am still in good spirits. It may be a long and hard journey But I will keep faith no matter the outcome.

I'm sorry you're going through this Robert...its always rough, please remain in good spirits and don't get down. You will beat this thing...stay determined and strong. I'll be praying for you to kick this thing and make a speedy recovery.

Wow.....I had no idea you had to go through all of that. Hang in there man, I know it's got to be hard. Be strong and know that we are praying for you. You're my hero!

Take it a day at a time Robert, your going through alot, work on those endorphins and surround yourself with good support, thinking about you buddy.

Hi Rob thanks for letting us know what youre going through..I hope you recover well from the surgery, and you can beat this thing..please keep up good nutrition to counteract the chemo! may your positive attitude and faith get you well..Take care dear friend!
