Berklee College Of Music (completely free music production training course) via online video
Introduction to Music Production consists of 6 lessons covering all major aspects of music production using a computer. They say the course is 6 weeks long, with 6-8 hours of weekly workload, but I watched all the videos in less than a day. And yes, it is completely free!

You will need to sign up with a valid email address.
Unless you use a recording studio who will record your performances, I highly recommend this for all artist who do thier own recording.
It is prolly the best free video training course you will find on the internet.
