Hi guys,
Just wondering how everyone is doing and how to liven the place up a bit..I admit I have really struggled this year so I havent been as active here as I used to be on jamstudio forum..its been frustrating music wise coz I get interest from music industry guys and they tell me to email them, send more stuff etc and never get back to me...but Quirky and I have gotten our act together and have come up with a cd between us, called Wandering Mind, a collection of his poems to music, turned into songs..will take awhile to be published on itunes etc but it didnt cost much and its nice to achieve something..I have done a number of songs to tracks that Dave has sent, thank you Dave, Joseph(icy) has helped out with lyrics here and there, thank you..hope to do a duet or two with him..I enjoy working with others :-) So I was thinking shall we do a big collaborative work between us all here? combine all our talents? Or should I hold a contest on here? or are people too busy.. Anyway share your thoughts! Hope everyone is doing well..especially Crystal with a new baby and Rob with his health..

Hey Mel...!
Way to go on the cd with Mick! Cool Title....I'd like to hear it! And, don't worry too much about those industry guys who have short attention spans....it usually means they are short on money too. They can't afford you.... ITunes is cool....add some Youtube stuff....and you just never know. Oh, and if you are thinking about having a contest....I'm not getting in because the last one was swept by the Aussies. But, if you STILL decide to have it, and that quirky dude enters again? Let me know...because I'm going to open up a betting line in Vegas on him !......lol

That's great, Mel! I have enjoyed all of the songs that you and Mick have released so far, and I look forward to the full CD! Congrats to you both, my friend!
Yes, I would love to sing another duet with you. Cheers, Joseph
